Price when the announcement that Argus was returning (June 10), $0.03
Price when the announcement that New plans were confirmed on June 21), $0.03
Cost to SH of not making a follow-up announcement about the ship being unable to head out after June 14th (for weather or maintenance) $0.00
In fact, the share price was already down as a result of the June 14th no info for 1 business day after June 10.
I can't find a specific clause in the Continuous Disclosure guidance that needs to be enforced for delays in exploration. Care to help with that?
