Disgraceful but predictable.
Once I saw the Argus staying in Port I was suspicious they needed maintenance. Transiting to the capital confirmed my suspicions.
Our resident ramper will say the vessel turned away due to the rough seas and the skills of the vessel crew. The ramper has also implied they have heard this first hand.
What actually happened is the vessel was damaged at sea and had to return.
Disgraceful and predictable from this mob.
