The obvious difference with us is that their product competed on price, e.g. a Big Mac was selling for $0.45 (not ~ $800,000). We won’t do that. Thank goodness.
Even if the conflicting interests could be resolved (& I hate genuine partnerships), IMO we won’t need to tie ourselves or align our future growth to bricks & mortar.
