They have inventory and supply chain process in place ready to go post approval, there is no delay in have to manufacture or set up a new supply chain.
beyond that, it should be no surprise that there is some admin required before we can actually sell the product.
but obviously some are surprised that they couldn’t ship and get reimbursed day 1 post approval. You can put that down to vague communication or a gap between assumed knowledge and actual knowledge of the reader.
personally I can benchmark MSB with BOT, and if they were to match BOT’s launch schedule then it would be closer to July 2025. They are expecting to be ahead of that, so I’m no complaining. But that’s just me
