1) the complexity of bringing a novel class of therapy to market
2) timeframes associated with bringing a novel therapeutic to market
3) the increase in clinical awareness/understanding required to support market penetration
4) supply chain logistics
5) the intrinsic value of an the IP moat that characterise MSBs value proposition
6) valuation of phase 3 studies and associated clinical insights to support future commercialisation of block buster indications for CLBP and CHF
