The proof is in the pudding.
The market will respond much more favourably when it has confirmation that someone has actually PAID the $1.5 mil.
Once that happens - the rerate should occur as people then see that the MSB Q cash burn is covered by treating 14 kids per QUARTER - less than 5 per month.
Until then, this SP spike is temporary IMHO
