My experience with insurance is 10% allowance on top of wholesale price. So hospitals will be charging 10% on top of the wholesale price, this could vary up to 15%. As for the discount, that OP is talking about, I think, possibly some type of rebate. It will be organised or already in place between each hospital and Insurer and nothing to do with Meso.
