Given the massive IP moat that MSB owns, even a PE factor of 10 is very conservative.
375 patients, targeting 80% initially = 300 patients, say in the next 1-2 years.
Excluding off-label, label extension opportunities, let alone the other products in the pipeline, I think even the 7.4B market cap listed in the table above looks very under-estimated.
