Literally all my posts outline how difficult it could be, and how some might be motivated to act contrary to plan. It doesn't mean that kids with insurance will be denied a needed treatment. At no point do I state that it will be a cake walk, or easy peazy. Insurance companies don't pay out millions of dollars when they can pay out nothing.
I think I have said enough. No point in arguing with someone who admits you are stating facts, then state you are overstating facts.
