Has there been any news around insurance coverage?
What are adoption rates going to look like with this price? I don’t think we can just take 375 x Cost Per Treatment Course to get top line revenue as some people are doing above…
SI did mention in the recent emerging growth conference that the Japanese version of the product “had 30% adoption rate in a couple of years” and that “they were aiming for a similar order of magnitude in the US” (also mentioning that adoption might be greater in the US due to the conservative nature of the Japanese market). With that adoption rate, the numbers don’t look as good as some are making it seem right.
Interested to hear other opinions.
