ASEAN sent me a two page letter outlining their concerns about the current management and company direction and what they want to see/propose, I'm not sure it is my place to post the letter here, I suggest anyone who has not received the letter contact ASEAN through their website and I'm sure they will happily share the letter with you.
They key point for me is that ASEAN say they have a funding proposal to take out the LIND note but Aura are dragging their feet on the issue.
It is my feeling that this is the key point that has brought things to a head and rightly so IMHO.
