If you read the ANN it says ASEAN went through the s249D channel. something which was originally rejected. They seem to have finally got past managements "walls"

IF you look at Preempts request, it was through the constitution. I'd guess as a director he'd be able call a meeting (I think - I don't know for sure, but it seems that way.)

Truth be told, management have been trying to dodge these s249Ds for a while, we've had numerous ANNs saying, "we reject this motion" etc etc. Why? because they are worried about being voted off.

Seems convenient by management they release them at the same time. Pethaps to try and convince you TIB that they are not on the same page. Open your eyes buddy and stop breast feeding off they team that have destroyed SH wealth through the SP.

As ASEAN and Preempt both hold significant positions- they will both want the SP to go the same way us SHs. Up Up Up!!

You seem recently obsessed to back management that have failed SHs in regards to the SP and try to discredit people who are actively trying to help SHs. Telling IMO.

We need change. This has gone on long enough. No more excuses. No more empty promises.
