I wish I had the energy to go trolling through announcements to give you an answer but i haven't. Most spec companies I have in my portfolio seem to give options away to staff one way or another either for low value or nothing and sometimes really justified if the salary has been low and reward is for effort but not always the case. Conditions do apply for the new CEO and director based on performance. One way or another everyone wins if they are successful.
I have been reading a lot of info on CPPs and it seems to be hotting up in that space. I would link some articles if I actually understood what most of it means and I thought it would be of value. Anyway back to my Shiraz.
