the rating service is actually useless. it jsut gives the rating after the whole market has got the relevant information about the riskiness of the company's bebt. everybody can do that rating in that way. it doesnt help the company to recover , but help to undermine the company in bad times.

if the rating was smart, it should have given cc rating to the company's debt six months ago, not now!
now everybody knows the company is struggling to survive. then, what is the use of the rating? just dump it!
