MARKET RELEASE
Argosy Property Trust Proposal to Corporatise
Argosy Property Trust (the "Trust") has today sent to all unitholders a
Notice of Meeting and Prospectus relating to a proposal to corporatise the
Trust, as foreshadowed in the Trust's announcement on 24 August 2011.
A meeting of unitholders will be held at 3:30pm on 21 February 2012 at Eden
Park, Level 4, South Stand, Reimers Avenue, Auckland to consider the
corporatisation proposal.
A copy of the Notice of Meeting and Prospectus will be provided to any
unitholder on request and free of charge.
