SHARE PURCHASE PLAN - REMINDER OF CLOSING DATE
As previously announced on 29 January 2013, Argosy Property Limited
("Argosy") has extended the closing date for its Share Purchase Plan ("SPP")
by one week to 12 February 2013 from the original closing date of 5 February
2013. The extension is to allow more time for those shareholders yet to
return from holiday to participate in the SPP.
This letter is a reminder that, if you wish to participate in the SPP, your
completed application form and payment need to be received by the share
registrar, Computershare Investor Services, by no later than 5.00pm on 12
February 2013.
Under the SPP, eligible shareholders each have the opportunity to acquire up
to $15,000 of additional shares in Argosy at $0.88 per share. The benefit of
the SPP is that existing shareholders are able to purchase additional shares
in Argosy without brokerage and transaction costs.
Full details of the SPP terms and conditions are set out in the information
booklet dated 15 January 2013. Shares subscribed for under the SPP are
expected to be allotted on or around 18 February 2013.
If you did not receive a copy of the SPP information booklet and/or the
application form, or have misplaced your copy and would like to participate
in the SPP, please contact Computershare Investor Services on (09) 488 8777.
Shareholders can check the trading price of Argosy shares on NZX's website
(https://www.nzx.com/companies/ARG).
Shareholders who have already completed and returned their application forms
with payment to Computershare Investor Services need not take any further
action. The Board wishes to thank those shareholders for their support.
