S/HOLDER: FCG: FONTERRA ANNOUNCES SUPPLY OFFER FINAL PRICE
Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited today announced a Final Price of $7.92
per Economic Right of each share that farmer shareholders sell during the
current Supply Offer.
The price was calculated by reference to an average of the daily traded price
on the NZX for Fonterra Units for each trading day between 2 - 15 May
inclusive.
General Manager - Trading Among Farmers, Aaron Jenkins, said farmer
shareholders have a further week to confirm if they wish to participate in
the Supply Offer before it closes at 5pm on 23 May.
The outcome of the Supply Offer will be announced on 27 May, and farmer
shareholders who participate in the offer will receive payment for any
economic rights to Wet Shares that they sell by 6 June.
