Refinery Share Purchase Plan offer closes
The New Zealand Refining Company Limited (Refining NZ) (NZX: NZR) advises
that its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) offer has now closed.
The Company received applications totalling $6,725,500 and the issue price
has been confirmed at $1.68 per share.
The SPP was part of the Company's capital raising programme and followed the
successful placement of $48 million worth of shares to selected institutions
and habitual investors which was completed on 3 March, 2014.
Under the SPP, eligible New Zealand shareholders were invited to subscribe
for up to $15,000 of new ordinary shares. The issue price under the SPP was
the lower of $1.68 and the average end of day market price of Refining NZ's
ordinary shares on the NZX Main Board over the five trading days before the
closing date for the SPP.
The SPP closed on 9 April 2014. Shares will be allotted on 14 April 2014.
