Share Purchase Plan Correction
On April 11th, Promisia Integrative Limited (formerly Savoy Equities
Limited), announced that it had lodged an application with NZX for a share
purchase plan with a record date of 24 April 2014.
Unfortunately, the incorrect date was misquoted in the announcement for the
deadline date by which the offer to Promisia Integrative Limited New Zealand
Resident shareholders would be recorded on the Company's share register.
The correct date for the deadline should be 5:00pm on 24 April 2014 as
opposed to the 15th of April.
The correct date was however used for the attachment and the Appendix 7
application form.
Promisia Integrative Limited is seeking to raise up to $2.8 million from the
Share purchase Plan, but may at the discretion of the Promisia Integrative
Limited Board, elect to accept subscriptions received in excess of this
amount.
The maximum application is $15,000 per New Zealand resident shareholder with
a minimum application amount of $1,000. Eligible shareholders may apply for
intermediate amounts of $2,000, $5,000 and $10,000 between the minimum and
maximum subscription amounts.
The issue price for the shares issued pursuant to the Share Purchase Plan
will be 4.08 cents per share.
Funds raised from the SPP will be used for a variety of working capital and
investment purposes including conducting validated laboratory studies,
undertaking human clinical trials, development of new formulations and
products, planting more crops, advertising and promotion, compliance with
international regulatory requirements, including those of the Federal Drug
Administration (FDA), and supporting intellectual property claims and
associated legal costs
