MINIMUM SHAREHOLDING - FORMAL OFFER FOLLOW UP
As announced by the Chairman at the August 2011 Annual Meeting, the Directors
of Smiths City Group Limited sent a letter to all shareholders on 21.12.11
advising those holding below the minimum shareholding of 1,000, as required
by Rule 1.6.1 of the NZX Listing Rules, of the requirement to either increase
their shareholding or the company will make a formal offer to buy back that
holding.
This Formal Offer (attached with appendices) was sent to those shareholders
with less than 1,000 shares on 21.2.12.
