Warning of potential predatory offer for your TrustPower shareholding

approached by a party seeking a copy of the Company's share register. We are
obliged under securities legislation to provide this information upon
request.
We expect that on past experience this request may lead to an offer being
made to some or all of TrustPower's shareholders on terms less favourable
