The Vista Group International Limited Annual Report for the year ended 31
December 2014 will be available on our website in March 2015. You can obtain
a copy of the report at http://www.vistagroup.co.nz/investor-centre. Vista
Group's Interim Report for the six month period ending 30 June 2015 will be
available in September 2015 at the same website. The Board has decided not to
prepare a Concise Annual Report.
You have the right to receive, upon request and free of charge, a printed
copy of the Annual Report and the next Interim Report (when available). If
