The Warehouse Group Limited (WHS) advises that offer documentation for its
$15 million Share Purchase Plan ("SPP") is being dispatched to all persons
who held WHS shares at 5pm on 18 March 2014 and had a New Zealand address
recorded in the share register. A copy of the SPP offer documentation is
attached to this announcement.
