S/HOLDER: WIA: Master Trust Deed Amendments

Wellington International Airport Limited (WIAL) and Trustees Executors
Limited (the Supervisor) have agreed to amend the Master Trust Deed dated 1
December 2008 (Master Trust Deed).

WIAL has elected for the requirements of the Financial Markets Conduct Act
2013 (FMCA) to apply to it with effect from 5 February 2016. As such, WIAL
has amended the Master Trust Deed to comply with and reflect the FMCA.
