    It doesn't change my interpretation, but I still find the sentence poorly constructed.

    Words like "could" indicate dithering, and words like "definite" are bluster. The KISS principle applies here.

    Of course, we've seen all these tall claims before. I'll believe it when I see it in the numbers.
