Premier’s profit was hit by $900,000 in legal costs related to its campaign to spill the board of the struggling department store. Citi analyst Bryan Raymond has estimated that the fashion conglomerate had lost $63m on its 10.8 per cent stake in Myer, representing a 40c per share drag on the Premier.
