VOLUNTARY TRADING HALT
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, CuDeco Limited (CuDeco) (ASX: CDU) requests a voluntary trading
halt in respect of its shares from quotation pending the finalisation an announcement reporting the
Company’s Ore Reserves as at 31 December 2017.
The Company is currently reviewing the Reserve Report but is currently unable to release it to ASX.
The following information is provided in relation to this request:
1. The trading halt is sought as the Company is not able to immediately announce its Ore
Reserves;
2. The trading halt is expected to last until approximately 15 March 2018;
3. The trading halt is expected to be lifted once the Ore Reserves Report as at 31 December
2017 is released to the market; and
4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
