JCP has generally been a buyer in the low $2s (can see it in there substantial holder notice mid last year). The other thing driving this sell down is the GDXJ rebalance coming on Friday. AQG is still in the index but might be getting its weighting adjusted. A lot of traders short the downweights going into the rebalance. The downweight would be on the TSX listing. Frequently the rebalances have marked turning points in the share prices of the constituents.

Just jump on board eshmun, can't wait forever I bought a few at $2.09 yesterday, never can quite pick the low in this stock.
