I am in favor of Parmenter, the whole place needs a major revision from top to bottom with appropriate additions to the dole ques to change the toxic culture in the place. Clearly it is unacceptable to have patients waiting 3 hours with no prospect of being able to make an appointment and be seen in a reasonable time frame. It is unacceptable for doctors to be seeing the numbers of patients expected of them and at the same time many are rorting the EPC program at tax payers expense. Management has been unable; to respond to these issues and responded to those that complained by threatening them.. All of it needs to change and change fast or the place is down the toilet.
There are people in the very top ranks of management who need to go.
