    Well the trading tools are available to all and sundry - just depends on how you want to play the game.

    Companies play the game, why not shareholders.

    The only difference "they" have an upper hand with access to raising funds on promises.

    If they fail, "they" get paid on the way thru salaries/fees/bonuses etc - the shareholder, collateral damage.
