my understanding is that this years massive EBIT growth has largely or at least partly been due to one-off asset sales ?
which some people would argue should be considered an abnormal in the accounting rather than part of "normal" earnings ?
in which case the shareprice is now very overvalued ?
a great company otherwise.
thoughts anyone ?
