Passive investments tracking the ASX200 will have to dispose of their KGN shares by 20th Dec.
Pretty sure that KGN was one of the more 'surprising' removals and so funds would have not properly prepared for it.
Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't there a tendency for shares that get kicked out of an index to both underperform the market going into the rebalance and also post rebalance.
