Enlighten me as to how I've (mis)represented myself as a successful investor or expert on the science?
If you don't have the wherewithal to read just the relevant information easily available on google and form a well thought out and reasonable opinion then indeed; leave it to others.
As far as having represented myself as a successful investor; I hadn't mentioned the number of shares I had in either company until the 25k shares I bought recently.
But I do ok. I've turned $1200 into a few million and then some in 7 years.
And I've done that by thoughtful analysis and forming my own reasonable opinion based on facts. But not wasting my time on overanalysis of peripheral things.
That took a shitload of trading and holding in which time I've learned to take what management of any company says with a teaspoon of salt.
Anyway even with qualifications and all of the available information, managements representations to the market are only opinions until the trial is completed and the data is analysed....and it comes with a truckload of bias; it's their job to be biased.
Believe me I've seen some real bullshit from various companies' management.
So I'm quite happy with my level of insight into the vagaries of stocks I hold or are looking at, imperfect as it is.
All of my opinions I've put forward on this stock are perfectly reasonable but of course you can take em or leave em.
