It may or it may not happen. The point is BPT is looking for a big highly accretive acquisition.
Zero synergy ? What about getting rid of lots of expensive personnel in GBJV. Remember what BPT did with Lattice. A lot of analysts thought BPT paid too much for Lattice. And as we know now, they were all wrong.
