I got out yesterday on a big hunch that the Dow was going to
get clobbered....Made a tidy profit in a week and a half of about
95 slabs of beer. If I’d held past around 11am yesterday I would
have lost all of those slabs and today I would have lost about
another 60+ slabs and some going forwards I suspect. Today I
can buy back cheaper than I paid a week and a half ago but no
real point in doing so when the price will probably be even lower next week.
Plenty more slabs of beer to be made when you buy at the right
price and the right time. Words quoted by SR such as.....strong,
record levels, robust, solid, continue to be in demand, near term
opportunity, create share holder value....is a brilliant marketing
pitch, talking up the company as the share holder value plummets.
Those words are all very subjective and open to interpretation and
they assist the Shorts who can see straight through the spin. At
some stage Myx may just launch like a rocket and burn all those
shorts as I’ve been hearing for a couple of years now or alternatively
flop around like a big fish in a shallow pond as it’s doing currently.
To quote a line from Shakespeare....”To beer or not to beer, that is
the question.....” And that is the question I asked myself yesterday.
