If you look at the website of the $2.4b A200 ETF they already tried to anticipate the changes, getting NHC and BRN right, but CRN wrong:
On the other hand, the STW and IOZ ETFs haven't done anything yet - they will need to buy up around $7m worth of NHC shares to get them at 0.8% of their funds.
