If there in an isnto (insto's?) buying, and certainly looks like it, they would be encouraged by todays announcement ...perhaps it was anticipated and factored in beforehand as it seems you're suggesting .
Would also be encouraged by RMS increased liquidity .
Hard for these guys to get in or out easily with a significant holding so hopefully once they have the stake they want they'll hold it for a while .
Just wondering what % they might want .
