Just wait until they move over to a NASDAQ listing in the U.S later this year. It is a massive difference in exposure and credibility. Right now it trades on the OTC which is considered to be the wild wild west of stock trading. It is a major deterrant for investors here in the U.S.
Also, the ADR shares are highly confusing to new people. Many see the Australian shares outstanding and the U.S. stock price and are scared off. NASDAQ will maintain the ADR most likely but they will do a much better job showing correct stock data.
