The way I see it, the SP has been smashed down from it's highs. The market is very forward looking, creating a lot of overvalued companies. Lots of new money in the market during the pandemic, cheap money being handed out, pushing valuations way too high. There have been a lot of setbacks with contracts that should be sorted this year... apparently. Now it seems there is a very substantial reason to create a lot more interest in EOS military products. The space industry is coming to an inflection point, commercial flights have started, ISS will be decommissioned, we are entering a new age. Space junk will become a major problem that needs fixing.
with all these factors in mind, if the delayed contracts get filled, and further interest accelerates, combined with the space industry taking off, at some point, the fall from over $10 will have to reach fair value or oversold. When that happens is anyone's guess but all the ingredients seem right to me. I have traded this stock several times, it has been a tricky one to play with. To me, it feels like their time is right, or nearly right. There could be more downside, who knows? I found the PMs announcement about lethal aid interesting, he was asked if the way those funds were spent had any... suggestion... haha. He was very elusive but I got a bit of a feeling from his answer... it took me back to the day he made an announcement at the EOS facility over a year ago...
anyway enough rambling from me, just my thought process...
