If you are alluding to the possibility that LiS cash will some how end up in PPK's hands you are dead wrong.
The cash belongs to LiS Ltd and can only end up in PPK's bank account via a loan or a dividend and were that to be the case then PPKs' business model would be become utterly unbackable by the market.
It . Will. Never. Happen
If PPK needs cash it would be via issuing its own equity
