    It's good to be optimistic, but this is a company that has lost money for 9 years running, averaging $3M/year pre-tax. They might get $10M+ contracts in GMV/GPV terms, but they'll have to do a lot of that to get to the point where they aren't incinerating cash. It's obviously not THAT easy to grow revenue, given marketplace revenue is exactly where it is in 2016, despite having splashed out for a trucking company in between.

    Being debt-free is great, but when your growth has gone into reverse and you lose money continuously it's a case of die slow or die quick.

    As for Escrow: in the past 8 years (since it's been listed by segment) it's at least occasionally made money. About $640K in total (also pre-tax) or a whopping $80K/year on average. Revenue about $10M and stable/declining in USD terms for past 5 quarters. I'm not sure which exchange you see this as being a listable company. Maybe NEO, the famous escape hatch for GSW?

    Escrow should be a private sale. Honour can be maintained and some cash raised for the repair of the main business - still 4x larger.
