I don't think it matters who buys shares now at "market" (using the term very loosely) value. When FLN is desperate, more equity will have to appear. It will be that or go under. In my "Clauspriacy", SC knows what's going on but MB doesn't or can't see past himself and his own schemes. Not sure what the role of the third director is but all it really requires is passivity for now, and a willingness to bow to the inevitable when the inevitable arrives.

I'm not sure I believe it myself but I'm having trouble squaring the fact that (a) FLN is dipping dangerously into some pretty weird territory if you read the balance sheet (net tangible assets and the sheer amount of current liabilities relatively to current assets) and (b) FLN isn't at least laying the public groundwork for raising money (a line of credit).
