Gotta get the product on spec first....
The worry is there doesn't seem to be a buyer for the hmc at present...the last consignment was at $600/t ....early shipments were $1,000/t.
They had 20kt hmc in stock end of January.
If the treatment plants on Hainan island are struggling to get right quality / recovery from the Strandline hmc the msp on site is in big trouble.
Hainan island is where the middlings (too difficult / not worth the trouble) products from Iluka etc are sent.
