@camban That makes sense, but your original statement doesn't when you're suggesting that they should of shared knowledge of unknown future events as 'part of the script they were selling to rattled investors at the beginning of september'. That is an unfair and misleading statement.

Following your logic and using your language, the Company should of told shareholders in September 2023 that:

• on October 3 2024, they were going to receive an ASX Aware letter be suspended from quotation under Listing Rule 17.3, following a failure to respond to ASX queries adequately; and
• on 19 Jan 2024, they were going to receive US$65m for sale of 5% of Goulamina to Ganfeng in order to make settlement payment to Mali Government.

No one has a crystal ball that predicts the future, unless you have evidence that suggest otherwise or that they knew all of this was going to happen in September 2023?
