The discussion point was expectations aligned to time frames that then change, B2 not being in suspension has nothing to do with it?

Leo basically did the identical to B2 Gold, ie: both had time expectations for a conclusion / agreement call it what you want, circumstances changed .. .. ..

~ key word being "operating" specifically being gold they may have some leverage? but they have recently changed their guidance and AISC to reflect the mining licence not being issued, and have change mining forecast to start of 2025, whereas Leo are in the process of building a mine with a lack of leverage?
