    I'd expect Ganfeng to start applying pressure to us if no settlement has been reached by time of Production. They need the sc6 and nobody can afford to operate a mine just to stockpile until allowed to export. At that stage we'd own 45% of a Producing lithium mine+plant worth $B's. With only 3 month's til Production I expect a development soon ie TO offers or resolution, Mali will want their $. imo
