I expect a certain level of transparency & communication from the management of companies I invest in.
While I acknowledge there may be certain discussions that must remain confidential until concluded, complete radio silence from supposedly a seasoned management team doesn’t sit well with me.
Decisions they have made have also had an impact in where we currently sit. Who signed off on coming out of the initial suspension without any resolutions at all is beyond me, & decimated the SP.
Your prerogative as a fellow holder to be satisfied with the performance of management. Also mine to be very unhappy with how they have performed & engaged with holders.
I have also emailed management to voice my opinion, not just venting on HC.
