Plenty of companies are in negotiation with governments in regards to Mine licenses, Export licences, permitting, Financial settlements etc etc etc. This is not new.

If you honestly do not believe these negotiations can occur without the company being suspended due to possible insider trading then the company should not be listed on any exchange and be a private listing.

It's clear plenty of companies operate in Mali without being in suspension for any ongoing negotiations.

You have to keep the market informed on what is overall occurring and let the market decide the SP accordingly.

LTR recently told the market that funding had been withdrawn, the market caned it. Thats what happens in investing.

I personally believe this has been completely mis managed. You need to be honest on the basics and let the market decide what risk they will attribute to it in an open market. Suspension is just trying to play things. iT IS Nonsense. The ASX suspension is a technical suspension because LLL wanted to remain suspended without fulfilling its obligations. More Nonsense.

No one is expecting full details on confidential negotiations, just that they are occurring and overall updates.

All they have done is killed investor sentiment, removal from the All Odds (lack of liquidity, the 300 was MC based) instos will not touch this for a very long time IMO.

Trust obliterated here, and alot of that falls on Simon and Rick.

Telling MALI the amount of cash you can lay your hands on openly ($65m USD) does not seem overly confidential negotiations. More nonsense.

This is an almighty balls up and someone has to pay for it IMO.

It's fine to keep complaining - but the reality is you don't know exactly what has transpired between the coup, the Junta, Morilla, The new mining code, the illegal taxes being levied, the rumoured taxes due re the change of control, the political situation in country....etc etc etc To say we could have traded through all of it is frankly a nonsense in my view.

Please forgive me if I just don't believe you or anyone else would have done any better in negotiations than Simon and Rick (who was central in writing the entire god-dammed mining code for a whole West African country). I mean FFS....LOL sure have a whinge on here by all means, you sold out and want back in at as low as possible (why else would you still be so active on here), but telling me anyone else would have done better...
