Your choice of words is exactly the sort of PR-speak that I’m talking about - I do know how it works. And you weren’t the only one talking to directors/mgmt in Aug/Sept who cringed - or at least should’ve - a few days later when market announcements cast what was imo a completely different light on things. I’ve outlined a factual sequence of announced events above - it is not “misleading”. Whether Leo directors or FTI thinks it’s “fair” or not isn’t my concern while they’ve got me locked in here because of their failure to comply with ASX listing rules.
