We are at the mercy of the winds until real announcements.
It's like we are within sight of port but seas are still rough.
There's no doubt we will get there ( think DBHT's huge customers) Other fabs to be announced.
Whatever happens on Monday, this week or whenever, it will be swept away by announcements coming up some time this year.
I remember the days when the risk was whether the technology worked; then if it would be adopted. Not that long ago.
The 'risk' now is maybe we have to wait a bit longer. But the ultimate prize is within our grasp.
Don't sweat the small stuff.
